女性黄褐斑124例中西医结合临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of 124 Female Patients with Melasma

目的:了解近年来女性黄褐斑患者临床、易感因素及中医症候的流行病学特点。方法:采用临床问卷调研方法,对医院皮肤科黄褐斑专病门诊确诊的124例女性黄褐斑初诊患者临床资料进行分析。结果:临床分型以面上部型最多。易感因素分析结果显示,精神因素、紫外线、内分泌、遗传、劣质化妆品等因素与黄褐斑发病有关。中医证候分析结果显示,脾虚湿阻型患者最多。结论:此次调查临床及易感因素特点与以往调查结论相似,中医症候有其自身特点。

Objective：To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of clinic, predisposing factors and traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndromes of female patients with melasma in recent years. Methods：Clinical questionnaire investigation method was adopted to analyze the clinical material of 124 female melasma patients of newly diagnosed from the melasma outpatient of dermatology department in our hospital. Results ：The clinical data showed that the upper type occu- pied the largest proportion in the clinical calssification. Psychic factors, ray - radiation, endocrine, heredity and cosmetics of poor quality were relevant with the onsets of melasma significantly. According to the results of TCM syndrome differenti- ation, patients of syndrome of spleen deficiency and damp obstruction were the most. Conclusion：This study is similar to the investigations before about the epidemiological characteristics of clinic and predisposing factors, but has its own characteristics about TCM syndromes.
