摘要
目的:考察甘草酸二铵磷脂复合物凝胶剂作为皮肤给药载体的渗透情况。方法:分别对凝胶材料、促渗剂和凝胶浓度进行筛选,采用改良的Franz扩散池,以离体人皮进行体外经皮渗透实验;以HPLC法测定接收夜和皮肤组织中的药物浓度。结果:以卡波姆为凝胶材料的处方渗透性优于泊洛沙姆和羟丙甲基纤维素,加入促渗剂不利于甘草酸二铵在皮肤中的转运,降低卡波姆凝胶浓度有利于甘草酸二铵的渗透。结论:以0.5%卡波姆为凝胶基质能增加甘草酸二铵在皮肤中的蓄积。
Objective : To investigate the permeability of diammonium glycyrrhizinate phospholipid complex gel as skin drug delivery. Methods: Gel materials, penetration enhancers and gel concentrations were selected respectively. In vitro skin permeation experiments were carried out on modified Franz diffusion cells, using excised human skin. The concentra- tions of diammonium glycyrrhizinate in the receptor compartments and skin were determined by HPLC. Results : The perme- ability of carbomer gel was better than poloxamer and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose;permeation enhancers did no good to cutaneous penetration of diammonium glycyrrhizinate, while reducing the concentration of carbomer can promote skin per- meation; Conclusion :0.5 % carbomer gel could increase accumulation of diammonium glycyrrhizinate in the skin.
