摘要
目的:探讨雷公藤提取物与甘草提取物配伍的减毒增效作用。方法:采用雷公藤提取物及雷公藤提取物与甘草提取物的不同剂量配比,干预肾病模型大鼠,检测对大鼠体重、24 h尿蛋白、血液学主要指标的影响,观察雷公藤与甘草配伍的减毒增效作用。结果:阿霉素造肾病模型对大鼠体重、24 h尿蛋白量、血液系统有明显的毒性作用。使大鼠体重下降,24 h尿蛋白量升高,血液红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板明显减少。对于上述毒性表现,雷公藤提取物和雷公藤提取物与甘草提取物配伍均能显示一定的治疗和改善作用,在治疗和改善程度上雷公藤提取物与甘草提取物配伍优于雷公藤提取物。结论:甘草提取物对雷公藤提取物具有一定的减毒增效作用。
Objective : To investigate the toxin - attenuating and efficacy - enhancing effect of extract of Tripterygium wilfordii and Licorice. Methods : The extract of Tripterygium Wilfordii, and the extract of Tripterygium Wilfordii and Licorice with different dosage ratio, were used to intervene nephropathy rat. The body weight of rats, 24 h urinary protein, and main hematology indexes were monitored to investigate the toxin -attenuating and efficacy -enhancing effect. Results : The obvious toxic effect was observed on the body weight of rats, 24 h urinary protein, and hematological system by Doxorubicin nephropathy model. The rat weight dropped. 24 hs urine protein content increased. The red blood cell, hemoglobin, and platelet decreased. The extract of Tripterygium Wilfordii, and the extract of Tripterygium Wilfordii and Licorice showed a certain treatment and improvement. The extract of Tripterygium Wilfordii and Licorice was prior to the extract of Tripterygium Wilfordii. Conclusion: The extract of Licorice possess a certain attenuation and synergistic effect to the extract of Tripterygium wilfordii.
