疑似发热引起Brugada波型心电图二例探讨

摘要 Brugada综合征是一种遗传性心律失常性疾病，其生理机制主要是一种因编码心肌细胞钠通道的基因突变，导致心肌细胞动作电位复极异常所致，最终诱发致命性心律失常的临床综合征。其典型心电图特点是：胸前导联V1～V3持续的ST段抬高及T波倒置，同时（或）合并右柬支传导阻滞或尖端扭转型室速甚至室性颤动。心电图模式可能是隐匿的、动态的。
