α-葡萄糖苷酶是工业化生产低聚异麦芽糖的关键酶制剂。本文介绍了α-葡萄糖苷酶的提取方法,阐述了α-葡萄糖苷酶的分离纯化以及活性测定方法,为该酶的深入研究和应用提供参考。
α-glucosidase was the key enzyme preparation to industrial production of isomalto-oligosaccharides. Firstly, this review discusses extract methods of α-glucosidase, Secondly, purify and the enzyme activity assay method are discussed, which provided reference for further investigations and application of α-glucosidase.
