摘要
采用系统预实验法对维吾尔药细穗柽柳实的化学成分进行了初步分析。根据柽柳实不同溶剂提取液含有的化学成分类型不同,通过各类成分特有专属性化学反应(如薄层层析、沉淀反应、颜色反应等)对细穗柽柳实中可能含有的化学成分进行了初步推断。结果表明,细穗柽柳实含有蛋白质、多肽、氨基酸、糖、多糖、有机酸、黄酮类、香豆素、内酯类、甾醇、三萜、酚类、鞣质、生物碱、挥发油、油脂等化学成分。初步确定细穗柽柳实含有多种有效成分,为柽柳实的化学成分定量及生物活性研究提供了基础。
The chemical components of Tamarix chinensis leptostachya Bunge seeds were analyzed by preliminary test. Different solvents extracted from Tamanix chinensis seeds were investigated by test-tube method, filterpaper method and other special examinations, which could preliminarily analyzed Tamarix chinensis seeds chemical composition from the color or deposits reaction of the indicator. The results showed that Tamarix chinensis seeds contained protein, peptide, amino acids, sugar, polysaccharose, organic acid, phenols, tannins, flavonoids, sterides, triterpenes, alkaloids, coumarin, lactone, volatile oil and grease. The research provides foundation for further quantitative analysis and application of Tamarix chinensis seeds.
