摘要
建立了调味品中3-氯-1,2-丙二醇(3-MCPD)气相色谱串联质谱检测方法,优化了MRM模式的碰撞电压与离子对,选择453m/z作为母离子,169m/z作为定量子离子。方法的的检出限0.004mg/kg,回收率为91.5%~102%,变异系数2.31%~9.62%,在0.01mg/kg^1mg/kg的范围内有良好线性关系。
A new gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (GC/MS/MS) method for determination of 3-chloro- 1,2-propandiol (3-MCPD) in condiment was described. The collision induced dissociation voltage and target ions of multiple reactions monitoring were optimized. 453m/z was selected as the parent ion, while 169m/z was selected as the quota product ion. The detection limit was 0.004mg/kg with the recovery rate of 91.5%- 102%. The variation coefficient was 2.31%-9.62%.
