摘要
本文从分析创新能力的涵义、基础条件及影响农业院校培养创新能力的因素入手 。
In this paper,the author analysises the implication and basic conditions of the creatire power,and the factors which influence training creatire power in agriculture college as well.The author also studies the problems,such as how to deepen the reform in teaching,and strengthen training creatire power of students.
