According to the analysis of the theory on philosophy,psychology and modern education,developing the self- education ability of undergraduates is in agreement with the developing rule of their psycho.Practice has also proved that Strengthening self- education ability plays a very important role in conducting and educating the undergraduates to know themselves properly;enforcing theirself- confidence and senseofindependence,changing their passive roles into active roles in education.promoting the reformation of the traditional education concept and improving the quality of the intelligent talents.So,to study and improve the self- education ability of undergraduates not only has realistic meaning,butalso has historica meaning in the ideological and political construction of university.
