摘要
结合某广场开式水蓄冷空调系统的施工和调试,分析了不同运行策略下管路定压点设置不合理可能产生的系统调试问题、管路真空可能对管道设备造成的损坏及停机情况下管路系统水倒灌入水池等问题,介绍了设计与施工调试过程中的一些解决方法,结果证明这些方法可有效防止开式水蓄冷空调系统偏离设计工况和防止管路中负压对系统的影响,保证一次性调试和正常运行。
In the light of the construction and commissioning of the system in a square, analyses the issues of system commissioning caused by irrational constant presst^re point setting in different operating strategies, piping damage caused by vacuum and the water in piping system flowing back into water tank. Presents some improved methods during the design and commissioning processes, and the results prove that these methods can effectively prevent the open-loop chilled water storage system deviating from design working conditions and the negative pressure in the loop influencing the system, and can ensure the chilled water storage system running normally through one-time commissioning.
