姚孟电厂3、告号300MW机组是由比利时进口的西欧机组,近五年来的运行实践表明,两台机组的年可用率达86%左右.发电煤耗近315g/kW·h,年调峰发电量超过20亿kW·h,这些指标均为国内同类火电机组的先进水平.本文对苏尔寺式螺旋管圈塔式直流炉、阿尔斯通冲动式汽轮机及EVT的RP碗型磨煤机等主、辅机均作了详尽的介绍.特别着重分析了启动过程的分离器阀系切换及各为100%容量的高、低压大旁路系统的功能.并对运行中发现的影响机组运行经济性的诸因素作了报道.
No. 3 and No. 4 300MW units at Yaomeng Power Station were imported from Beli-gium. The annual avilibility during about five years of operation is about 86%. Net (grid) coalconsumption is about 315g/kWh and annual power generation exceeds 2GkWh. All these figures lie above those of domestic manufactured fossil-fuel units of the same type. The paper gives a detailed description of the tower type once-through Sulzer boiler with coiled tubes, the impulse Alstom turbine, the EVT RP bowl type pulverizing mill and other auxiliary equipment, particularly discussing the switching of the separator valves during starting up and the functions of HP and LP bypass systems of 100% capacity. Some factors which have been found of effecting the economy during operation are presented as well.
