摘要
一台65t/h煤粉炉,运行出力小于45t/h,经测试确认是因风扇磨出力低及风粉系统设计不合理所致.在对磨煤机分离器、入口干燥段、锅炉送粉系统、燃烧系统及给煤机调节装置进行改造后,磨煤机最大出力由4,8t/h增至8t/h.锅炉出力由最大47.6t/h增加至70.6t/h以上.
The reason why the performance of a certain 65t/h pulverized coal boiler con't even match that of a 45t/h.pne is shown by tests to be dune to a inefficient fan mill and unreasonable design of the pulverizing system. An increase of the maximal output of the pulverizing mill from 4.8t/h to 8t/h and that of the boiler from ,49.6t/h to over 70.6 t/h were finally achieved after improving the mill separator,' the inlet drying section, the feeder system, the combustion system and the control system of the conveyer.
