单面泡沫改性真丝织物的喷墨印花性能 被引量:2

摘要 采用泡沫法对喷墨印花前真丝织物进行单面阳离子改性,探讨了阳离子改性剂与发泡剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)体系的泡沫性能。结果表明,随着改性剂用量增加,SDS发泡比下降,泡沫稳定性提高;当改性剂用量为100 g/L时,SDS的发泡比下降到4.5,半衰期为120 min。通过测试真丝织物改性前后表面电阻、润湿时间、水滴接触织物5 s后的接触角、喷墨印花K/S值和清晰度,结果显示,真丝织物经过改性处理后,亲水性提高,喷墨打印颜色深度增加,清晰度提高;因泡沫法单面处理,节能节水,织物手感提高。 Silk fabric is modified by single-face foam method using a cationic modifier. Foaming properties of the system com- posed of the modifier and foaming agent sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) are investigated. It is shown that the foaming ratio of SDS decreases and the foam stability increases with the increase of modifier dosage. The foaming ratio of SDS drops to 4.5 and the half-life time is 120 min with the modifier of 100 g/L. The surface resistance, wetting time, contact angle of water after 5 s, K/S value, sharpness and printing pattern of silk fabric are studied. The results show that the modified silk fabric with the foaming method can obtain higher hydrophilicity, better color yield and sharpness, as well as single-face pattern.
