摘要
应用药用真菌双向固体发酵技术的原理和方法,以生川乌为药性基质,不同灵芝菌株为发酵菌株,在适应条件下进行固体发酵,获得酵制川乌(川乌药性菌质),进行发酵菌株的筛选,筛选获得1株具有对川乌解毒并保持其抗肿瘤作用的灵芝菌株ZL10作为发酵真菌.利用ZL10作为发酵菌株,通过固体发酵中试,初步建立川乌固体发酵炮制工艺为27±1℃恒温培养箱避光培养,菌丝满袋10d后收获,60℃干燥8h既得.对获得的酵制川乌,进行其急性毒性和抗肿瘤药效研究,并对其指标性化学成分总生物碱和酯型生物碱进行测定,结果表明酵制川乌具有明显解毒与持效(抗肿瘤)的作用,药用真菌双向固体发酵技术可用于川乌解毒持效的炮制开发.
The medicinal fungal new type bi-directional solid fermentation engineering was adopted, and Radix Aconiti was used as medicinal substance and diverse medicinal fungi were used as fermentative strains. One kind of fermentative fungus ZL10 which had effects of detoxification and keeping antitumor activities were selected. Use ZL10 as fermentation strains by solid fermentation pilot, Radix Aconiti solid fermentation processing technology was initially established, which was 27-t-1 ℃ incubator dark cultured,and mycelium harvested after sackful 10 days, 60 ℃ drying 8 h. The fungal substance was dealt with preliminary research on toxicity, pharmacology and chemistry. The results showed that the fungal substance had effects of detoxification and keeping antitumor activities. Medicinal fungal new type hi-directional solid fermentation technique ing effect of Radix Aconiti. can be applied in the area of the detox and retentive-acting effect of Radix Aconiti.
