摘要
沈阳恒隆市府广场工程位于沈阳市沈河区,工程建筑总高度308 m,总建筑面积约9.2万平方米,结构形式为钢结构框架-钢混凝土核心筒结构。核心筒筒体结构施工采用了大吨位可拆装式爬模钢平台技术。本文根据工程的结构特点和施工要求,首先介绍了大吨位可拆装式爬模钢平台技术的自身技术特点、主要技术指标和参数,然后介绍了该项技术在本工程核心筒施工中应用的总体设计方案、施工工艺和施工流程、施工中关键节点的处理,最后重点介绍了大吨位可拆装式爬模钢平台技术在工程中应用的设计计算过程。最终得出大吨位可拆装式爬模钢平台技术在工程中应用的结论。
Shenyang Henglong city square project is located in Shenyang city Shenhe district, the main height of project is 308 meters, the area is about 92000 square meters. The structure of the form of steel reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure. The core tube construction adopts detachable climbing steel platform technology. This paper describes the technical features and parameters of the detachable climbing steel platform, and aceording to the process and requirements of construction ,presents the overall design, application of this technology in the project, key points of construction process, construction process, and finally focuses on the design calculation process of detachable steel platform technology used in engineering.
