西安地区青少年颈椎骨龄分期与生理年龄分布调查 被引量:2

摘要 目的:调查了解西安地区青少年颈椎骨龄分期与生理年龄分布情况。方法:选择西安地区8~20岁安氏I类错耠青少年348例,拍摄头颅侧位片,根据颈椎CVM分期法分析不同性别颈椎分期与年龄分布情况。结果:女性青少年生长发育高峰期出现在12~13岁,男性青少年生长发育高峰期出现在13~14岁,且女性生长发育在各期均早于男性。结论:正畸时预测患者生长发育,应尽可能根据颈椎骨龄进行分期。
