四川省新型农村社会养老保险的困难及对策

当前中国农村面临着严重的老龄化趋势,建立完善的农村社会养老保险机制是解决这一问题的重要途径。西部欠发达地区具有特殊性,新型农村社会养老保险发展相对缓慢,覆盖面极其有限。本文通过对东、中、西部代表城市新型农村社会养老保险运行情况的比较,立足于四川省,分析了四川省新型农村社会养老保险制度发展的现状,指出存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策措施。

The current Chinese rural facing serious aging of population, the main point to solve the cur- rent problems is establish a maturity rural social pen- sion insurance system. Underdeveloped areas has the particularity, The development of Rural social pension insurance is relatively slow, the coverage is limited. through the representative provinces in the west,cen- tral,east section comparing the operation condition, the Sichuan Province as the research object, analyzes the Sichuan rural social pension insurance system de- velopment present situation, points out three defects, proposes some countermeasures on gradual improvement of the Sichuan rural social pension insurance system.
