新疆城镇化水平和就业关系的实证研究

Sinkiang urbanization level and employment relation's demonstrative research

城镇化发展和就业增长是实现社会主义现代化建设的重要一环,当前新疆正处于城镇化建设和就业发展的关键时期,机遇与挑战并存。本文基于新疆统计年鉴1980~2011年样本数据,利用协整检验、构建ADF模型,对新疆城镇化水平和就业关系进行实证研究,结果表明二者之间存在长期均衡关系,推进城镇化进程对于增加就业具有十分重要的意义。

The development of urbanization and the growth of employment is an important part to achieve socialist modernization. At present, Xinjiang is in a critical period of Urbanization and the of the growth of employment, opportunities and challenges coexist. This article is based on a sample of Xinjiang Statisti- cal Yearbook 1980-2011 data, using co-integration test and ADF model to conduct empirical research on the re- lationship of Urbanization level and employment in Xinjiang Province. The result shows that they have a long-run equilibrium relationship between each other and the process of urbanization has great significance in increasing employment.
