产业集群环境下中小企业协同转型研究——基于动态能力视角

面对环境的迅速变化,越来越多的中小企业考虑通过转型来实现发展。产业集群环境是集群中小企业生存发展的区域产业环境,为其转型提供了协同环境。动态能力是中小企业转型的支撑要素。通过对集群企业动态能力构成要素进行剖析,认为动态能力由学习能力、重构能力和整合能力三方面构成,并进一步阐述三者对集群中小企业的协同转型作用机理,为中小企业的转型提供决策帮助。

With the rapid changing of the environ ment,more and more SMEs begin to realize development by transformation.lndustrial clusters is the regional in- dustrial environment of SMEs,which provides the syner- getic environment for SMEs transformation.Dynamic ca- pabilities are the necessary elements for SMEs trans- formation.This article analyzes the constituent ele- ments of dynamic capabilities about SMEs in industrial clusters,which concluding learning capability,inte- grating capability and refactoring capability. We anal- ysis the relationship between dynamic capabilities and SMEs transformation,and try to give helpful decisions to the SMEs transformation.
