足背皮神经营养血管蒂皮瓣修复足部软组织缺损

Repairing Soft Tissue Defect of Foot with Dorsal Neurocutaneous Flap

目的:探讨足背皮神经营养血管蒂皮瓣修复足部软组织缺损的术式并总结其临床效果。方法:用足背皮神经(内侧、外侧、中间皮神经)营养血管蒂皮瓣修复足部软组织缺损(3.0 cm×3.5 cm^5.0 cm×8.0 cm)28例(远端蒂皮瓣11例,近端17例)。皮瓣大小4.0 cm×4.5 cm^5.0 cm×9.0 cm。结果:本组皮瓣均成活,2例皮瓣远端边缘坏死约2 mm,换药后创面愈合;术后随访3~12个月,皮瓣颜色、质地、厚薄与受区周围皮肤接近,感觉正常,足部功能良好。结论:足背皮神经营养血管蒂皮瓣血供丰富,切取方法简单,是修复足部软组织缺损的有效方法。

Objective： To investigate the surgical method of repairing soft tissue defects of foot with dorsal neurocutaneous flap, and to summarize the clinical effect. Methods： The soft tissue defects（3.0 erax3.5 cm-5.0cmX8.0 era）of foot（28 cases. 11 defects with distal pedicle flap, and 17 defects with proximal pedicle flap）were repaired with dorsal neurocutaneous flap. The flaps ranged from 4.0 crux4.5 cm to 5.0 crux9.0 cm. Results： All flaps survived, 2 distal edge necrosis about 2 ram, the wounds healed completely after dressing change. All cases were followed up from 3 to 12 months, the color, texture and thickness of flaps were similar to those of the recipient site. There was a normal sense and good function in foot. Conclusion： Dorsal neurocutaneous flap of foot, rich in blood supply and simple incisional method, is the effective way to repair soft tissue defects of foot.
