摘要
黑石大桥第三联为66/60m+100m+66/60m变截面预应力混凝土连续箱梁,最高墩高38.5 m。为保证高墩大跨度桥梁现浇梁的施工安全与质量,支架采用螺旋钢管+贝雷桁架+碗扣式脚手架组合支架设计,通过对组合支架结构进行优化组合,确定了一个经济合理,安全可靠的支架方案。实践证明,该支架设计可为同类桥梁施工提供参考经验。
The third part of Heishitou Bridge is the 66/60m + 100m + 66/60m variable cross-section prestressed concrete continuous box girder, with the highest pier 38.5m in height. In order to ensure the construction safety and quality of bridge with high pier and long span cast-in-place beam, spiral steel pipe + Bailey truss + cuplok steel tubular scaffold composite support design is used for steel support frame. By the combination optimization of structure, a safe, reliable, economical and reasonable support scheme is determined, which can provide reference experience for the similar bridge construction.
