摘要 六盘山隧道为新建天平铁路第一特长隧道。六盘山隧道设计断面较小,各工序之间施工干扰极大,机械通行会车困难。针对隧道的实际情况,通过在正洞内增设装碴段和掉头会车点,并采取移动式空压机进洞及衬砌台车加固横撑改为预埋拉筋固定等经济合理、安全可靠的施工方法,取得了良好的效果。实践证明,小断面隧道快速施工方法可为同类隧道施工提供参考经验。 The Liupanshan Tunnel, the longest tunnel of the new Tianping Railway, is confronted with problems like serious interference between different processes, and difficult machinery traffic crossing due to small design cross-section. In light of the actual situation of the tunnel construction, it achieves good results by a series of economic and reasonable, safe and reliable construction methods, such as adding installed ballast section and additional turning point for the crossing, taking the mobile compressor into the tunnel and taking the lining trolley reinforcement bracing change to embedded reinforcement fixing. The practice proves rapid construction technology of small cross-sectian tunnel which can provide reference for similar tunnel.
