摘要
帷幕灌浆施工技术一般在水利、隧道、公路工程中应用比较常见,但该技术一直处在半理论、半经验状态,尤其在地铁施工中实际运用更少。在杭州地铁滨江站项目由于地质原因致使围护地连墙未能隔断承压水,为减小基坑开挖承压水突涌风险,采用帷幕灌浆施工技术隔断承压水,起到减渗作用。在施工过程中严格按照设计要求进行施作,利用钻芯取样检测注浆效果,在基坑开挖前做抽水试验验证帷幕效果,通过一系列理论和实际数据,对该工程进行总结,以便能够为今后类似工程提供一定的相关经验。
The curtain grouting technology is commonly seen in water conservancy, tunnel, highway engineering, but the technology has been in a semi theory and semi-empirical state. Especially in the subway construction practice, it is rarely applied. In Hangzhou Binjiang Railway Station subway project, due to geological causes retaiRing wall failed to partition artesian water. In order to reduce the confined water inrush risk in the excavation of foundation pit, the construction technology of curtain grouting is used to partition off confined water so as to reduce the infiltration. In the process of construction, a series of theoretical and practical data from the strict implementation of design requirements, the drilling core examination used to test the grouting effect, and curtain pumping test before the excavation are summarized to provide some experience for similar projects in the future.
