摘要
为有效预防尘肺病,解决煤矿井下使用的自吸式防尘口罩在长时间、高浓度粉尘环境中呼吸阻力增大,产生憋气的问题,基于送风原理,研制一种舒适、滤尘效果好的动力送风式防尘口罩。介绍送风式防尘口罩的设计要求、工作原理及主要技术指标,给出小型风机参数,设计出容尘量大、阻尘率高的过滤器和风量可调的控制电路,并进行性能测试。结果表明,该口罩实现了动力送风,风量可调,方便使用等设计要求,能在100 mg/m3粉尘质量浓度环境中连续工作6 h。
In order to prevent pneumoconiosis,and solve the enormous difficulty in using self-priming dust masks in the environment of high dust concentration a kind of comfortable coal dust mask with air supply was developed based on the principle of air supply.Design requirements of the mask,its work principle,and main technical indexes were described.Its laboratory performance test was carried out.Results show that the design requirements are met,and the mask can work continuously for 6 h in an environment with dust concentration of 100 mg / m 3.
