摘要
为整合与完善关键基础设施(CI)安全保护基础理论体系,总结分析国内外十多年来的相关研究成果。在识别CI安全保护核心科学问题与核心挑战的基础上,按照不同研究进路,分析论述CI安全保护各类研究的主要内容、建模思路和研究局限,并提出基于完全自适应攻防博弈的三元动态关系研究。结果表明:现有研究主要集中在CI攻击-失效二元动态关系研究和简单工程系统的攻击-保护-失效三元动态关系研究上,对CI攻击-保护-失效三元动态关系研究不足;综合多影响因素的连锁失效后果建模,进行二元动态关系与三元动态关系的比较分析,是未来进一步研究的重要方向。
The purpose of this work is to make a literature review of related achievements to promote the integration of basic theories about CI protection.The core research question of CI protection and its key challenges were identified firstly;and then the research focuses,modeling methods and their corresponding research limitations on CI safety protection in last dozen years were outlined and organized according to different research approaches.The focus of further research was put forward.It was found that existing researches mainly reveal the dynamic attack-failure relationship of CI and the dynamic attack-protection-failure relationship of simple engineering system,and that the dynamic attack-protection-failure relationship of CI is largely unexplored.Several future research directions were recommended,including analyzing the three dimensions dynamic corresponding relationship in the full adaptive attack-protection gaming on CI,modeling the cascading failure in CI network with considering multiple factors to network flow distribution,and making comparative analyses between two dimensions dynamic relationships and three dimensions dynamic relationships.
