摘要
为给进一步完善和推广本质安全不爆炸(HAN)阻隔防爆技术提供科学依据,在充分调研国内外相关文献的基础上,介绍HAN阻隔防爆技术的基本概念及阻隔防爆机理,评述国内外关于HAN阻隔防爆材料的应用现状、阻隔防爆机理的研究现状、阻隔防爆材料防爆性能测试及评价方法现状,并提出HAN阻隔防爆技术研究领域内存在的关键问题及对策建议。研究表明:目前尚未形成统一、切实可行的HAN阻隔防爆材料性能评价及测试方法,为使HAN阻隔防爆技术更加实用、高效,要不断完善和整合各类研究手段及方法,要以定量和通用方法为核心。
In order to provide scientific basis for further improvement and popularization of HAN separate and explosion proof technology, based on sufficient investigation of literatures published in home and abroad, the paper introduced basic concept and explosion-proof mechanism of HAN separate and explosion proof technology, and discussed the application status, explosion-proof mechanism research status and cur- rent explosion-proof performance test and evaluation methods for HAN separate and explosion proof tech- nology. On basis of this, it also put forward the existing key problems in field of HAN separate and explosion proof technology and corresponding countermeasures. The study shows that uniform and feasible performance evaluating and testing methods of HAN separate and explosion proof material have not been worked out until now. The researchers working in this feild should continue to improve and integrate all kinds of research means and methods, taking quantitative and general as core, thus making HAN separate and explosion proof technology more practical and efficient.
