摘要
目的分析岑溪市2008~2012年受检样品的微生物监测结果,为预防控制和应急处置由食品、饮水、公共场所用品和医疗器械等引发的公共卫生事件,提供科学依据。方法将现场抽检或被检单位送检的五大类样品微生物检测结果汇总,并进行分析。结果 2008~2012年岑溪市五大类微生物检验样品23 813份,总平均合格率为84.46%,5年的合格率呈逐年上升趋势;食品及食品用产品、水质、餐饮具、公共场所和医疗器械总平均合格率分别为81.12%、84.07%、84.60%、86.31%、86.76%,食品中的熟肉制品平均合格率偏低(68.58%);餐饮具消毒质量有下降的趋势;而医疗机构消毒质量则保持在较高水平,并逐年略微上升,五年平均合格率达96.46%。结论除餐饮用具外,岑溪市各种健康相关产品微生物检测合格率呈逐年上升,还需进一步加强卫生监督监测工作,并采取有针对性的预防与控制措施,提高卫生质量,确保人民群众的健康和安全。
Objective To analyze the monitoring results of microorganism contamination of samples and to offer scientific basis for dealing with the public events due to contamination of microorganisms in foods, water medical devices and utensils.. Methods The samples five categories were collected and detected for microorganism contamination, the results were anlalyzed. Results Totally 5 926 samples were detected in Cenxi between 2008 and 2012, The average qualification rate was 84.46%,shwoed an increasing trend year after year. The qualification rates of food products, water quality, cooking utensils, samples from public places and medical devices were 81.12% ,84.07% ,84.60% ,86.31%and 86.76%, respectively..in the 5 years. The average qualification rate of cooked meat in five years wa a little lower (68.58%), while the qualification rate of cooking utensils showed decreasing trend. The qualification rate of medical devices was 96.46%, showed an increasing trend. Conclusion The qualification rates of samples detected showed an annually increasing trend but for cooking utensils. Still effective prevention and control measured be taken to strengthen the monitoring activity and enhance the hygienic conditions of the food products ,cooking utensils, medical devices etc, and protect the health of the people.
