摘要 针对目前海水淡化企业面临的海水淡化水价格高、定价体系不合理等问题,文章深入研究了以当地地表水、远程调水和海水为水源的三种淡水资源的现行价格体系,对比分析了造成海水淡化水价格体系不合理的原因,提出了一种较合理的海水淡化水价格新体系,并选取了国内几个具有代表性的海水淡化企业为例,计算其供水水价,与企业所在地的自来水价格和远程调水价格进行了比较。结果表明,反渗透海水淡化水价格约为4.2元/t~6.5元/t,略高于取用地表水的自来水价格,与远程调水价格相差不大,甚至略低于远程调水价格。 To solve the problem of extortionate price and the unreasonable pricing structure of desahed water that desalination plants are facing, this paper studied existing pricing structures of three freshwater resources, which used local surface water, long -distance diversion water and sea- water as the source water. With comparison of three freshwater resources and analysis of the reason of extortionate price and unreasonable pricing structure, this paper proposed a relatively reasonable pricing structure of desalted water. Several representative desalination plants are chosen as an exam- ple, and their desalted water prices are calculated by the new pricing structure. The results show that the prices of desalted water from reverse osmosis device are approximately 4.2 ¥/t - 6.5 ¥/t, which are a little higher than the price of city water using surface water as source water and slightly lower than the price of long - distance diversion water.
