摘要 针对Na2SO4、NaCl混合卤水的特殊性,将传统的真空蒸发制盐与制硝工艺相结合,优化单一生产模式,形成盐和硝的联产工艺,实现Na2SO4与NaCl的分离。56万t硝盐联产生产装置,是北京轻工设计院2006年设计的第一套以硫酸钠(Na2SO4)为主份原料的生产装置。通过3 a的生产实践证明,Na2SO4、NaCl完全得到分离,这给后期80万t、100万t硝盐联产生产装置的设计提供了理论依据。这里就试生产的部分过程与个别现象作简单概述。 Combined with the traditional vacuum evaporative process of salt and sodium sul- fate, we optimized the single mode of production to establish a process of fully separated salt and so- dium sulfate for the particularity of salt and sodium sulfate mixed brine. The process and devices of 560 thousand tons co - production of salt and sodium sulfate is designed by the Beijing Light Indus- try Design Institute in 2006. Salt and sodium sulfate was completely separated and was proved by three years' practice. It provided the theory basis of design to the 800 thousand tons and 1 000 thou- sand tons co - production of salt and sodium sulfate process in later stage. There was an analysis of device test and individual phenomenon.
