摘要
在现代竞争激烈的市场中,企业不可避免地要承担环境保护责任。本文以我国重污染行业为样本,对企业环保责任与企业价值的关联性进行了实证研究。发现企业承担环保责任对企业价值创造具有正向影响,这种影响作用具有周期滞后性,企业长期环保责任的履行有利于当期企业价值的提升。
In the modern competitive market,it shall be unavoidable for companies to afford the environmental protection responsibility,as a result of all the industries being dependent on the natural and environmental resources.As taking the data of China listed companies of heavy pollution industry as objects,this paper uses analytical methods of WLS and Almon to study the relation of environmental protection responsibility and corporate value.The result is that fulfilling the environmental protection responsibility can promote the corporate value,which has a lagging quality annually,and so is the environmental protection responsibility in recent three years.
