结合汉国城市商业中心工程,通过优化混凝土配合比、控制原材料入机温度及泵送温升等措施,确保强度及工作性能的同时,实现夏季施工混凝土入模温度≤35℃。通过实践,确定了C80混凝土的验收标准,并从浇筑方式及养护方法入手,减少了混凝土表面裂缝,提高了墙柱成型质量。

Combining with the project of Hanguo City Commercial Center, the concrete molding temperature is controlled in 35℃ in summer construction, meanwhile, the concrete strength and its working performance are ensured by taking the measures of optimizing the concrete mix proportion, controlling the materials machining temperature and the pumping temperature. The practice shows that the acceptance standard of C80 concrete is put forward, the concrete cracks are reduced, and the quality of walls and the columns are guaranteed from improving the pouring types and taking reasonable maintenance method.
