摘要
针对目前钢筋混凝土梁钢筋绑扎施工中随意性与盲目性很大的情况,经过研究开发出一种钢筋混凝土梁钢筋骨架绑扎施工的辅助装置。首先介绍了该辅助装置的结构,然后详细介绍了施工工艺流程及操作要点。最后对其承载性能进行了计算分析,验证了辅助装置的可靠性和安全性。通过该辅助装置的应用,能够规范钢筋骨架的绑扎施工,减少随意性,提升绑扎质量及减少浪费,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。
In view of the randomness and blindness in assembling reinforcement of reinforced concrete beams at present, an auxiliary device in assembling reinforcement of reinforced concrete beam was developed. At first, the structure of the auxiliary device was introduced, then the construction process and key operation points were introduced in detail. At last, load-bearing properties were calculated in order to verify reliability and safety of the auxiliary device. By the application of the auxiliary device ,the construction in assembling reinforcement was standardized, the construction randomness was reduced, the quality of binding reinforcement was improved and the materials were saved. The good social benefits and economic benefits could be achieved.
