摘要
以国内首次研制的50m大跨距胎带机布料臂架为研究对象,采用全工况有限元分析方法,基于ANSYS软件平台实现了布料臂架系统的精确建模和拟实边界条件。对布料臂架全工况分析的步骤进行了总结,并就遇到的问题提出解决方案。重点研究布料臂架在整个行程的极限应力曲线规律、产生的原因以及其在不同俯仰角引起的倾翻力矩。采用布料臂架全工况有限元分析方法可以更加全面、准确地指导布料臂架设计。
A full working scenario finite element analysis was performed to the 50m long distributing arm of a belt machine, which was the first of this length that has been developed in China. Accurate modeling and simulation of the boundary conditions were achieved for the distributing arm with ANSYS software. The procedure for a full working scenario analysis is summarized and solutions are proposed for the encountered problems. Most importantly, the development of ultimate stress curves during a full run of the distributing arm was researched as well as the reasons. The overturning moments generated at different pitch angles were also studied. The result shows that the finite element analysis can be employed to provide a more comprehensive and accurate guide to the design of distributing arms.
