摘要
天津奕聪花园工程地下室平面设计与基坑支护相结合,软土基坑采用灌注桩分级支护。钢斜撑在两级灌注桩间增加侧向刚度,明确钢斜撑处结构施工与土方开挖之间的顺序。采用三轴搅拌桩进行止水帷幕和基坑内设大口井降水的方法进行基坑降水。通过重点监控地下室水平和竖向后浇带节点防水施工质量,满足地下室无渗漏要求。工程实践表明,采用此技术降低了施工成本,提高了施工效益。
Design of basement combined with foundation excavation supports is adopted in some project in Tianjin, and the soft soil foundation excavation adopts classified support with bored piles. Steel brace was used among bored piles to improve the lateral stiffness, and the construction process of steel brace and earth excavation were determined. Three axes agitating pile was used for waterproof curtain and big well was used for dewatering. Waterproofing construction quality was ensured by monitoring. Engineering practice shows that application of the technology reduces the cost and improves construction benefit.
