长螺旋钻孔后插钢筋笼灌注桩在某工程中的应用

Application of Long Spiral Bored Piles with Post-inserted Reinforcement Cage in Some Project

结合工程实例,介绍了长螺旋钻孔压灌成桩后插钢筋笼工艺的施工流程,详细介绍了成孔、泵送混凝土及提钻、后压浆施工及质量控制措施,并总结了该工艺的适用性和施工特点。对桩基进行了静荷载试验和低应变试验,结果表明,成桩质量满足要求。

Combined with engineering practice, this paper introduced construction process of long spiral bored piles with post-inserted reinforcement cage. It introduced in detail the technology of pore-forming, pumping concrete and lifting drill pipe, post grouting construction and quality control measures, summarized the applicability of the technology and construction characteristics. Static load test and low strain test was made on piles and the results show that the quality of the piles can meet the requirement.
