摘要
在阐述薄板理论对盾构接收端头土体受力分析的基础上,结合北京地铁15号线南法信站—石门站区间盾构穿越中间暗挖风道的工程背景,分析了盾构接收过程中土体的受力情况,得出了不同掘进土压情况下,掌子面破坏时刀盘距掌子面的距离。对盾构接收时实际掘进推力、土压和现场施工状况进行了分析。同时通过增加临时支撑的方法提高现有结构掌子面的稳定性和承载力,提出了优化暗挖风道盾构接收掌子面结构的建议。
Based on the force analysis of shield receiving end soil by thin plate theory, combined with the shield crossing intermediate mining ventilation tunnel with Beijing Subway line No. 15 Nanfaxin station to Shimen station, the soil stress is analyzed in the process of the shield receiving. The distance in different tunneling of earth pressure geology and hydrogeology conditions was get when tunnel face is destroyed. This paper analyzed the tunneling force in shield receiving, soil pressure and site construction condition. The method of temporary support was adopted to improve the stability and bearing capacity of the existing structure tunnel face, and the proposal to optimize mining ventilation shield receiving tunnel face structure is put forward.
