A Muslim family in Hami, northwest China＇s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, gather together to celebrate Corban Festival on October 1 5. As one of three major Islamic celebrations, Corban is also known as Eid al- Adha, or day of sacrifice, during which lambs are slaughtered as part of religious rituals.
