摘要
目的了解分析复方丹参滴丸的不良反应情况，为临床合理用药提供依据。方法利用CNKI检索1979-2013年报道的应用复方丹参滴丸所致的不良反应案例，并加以统计、分析。结果共检索到8篇文章，总计10例不良反应。复方丹参滴丸的不良反应包括胃肠道反应，涉及心血管、泌尿、神经等系统。结论复方丹参滴丸的不良反应较为常见，临床人员在使用时应密切关注患者情况，采取相应防范措施，发现不良反应及时正确处理，避免严重不良反应的发生。
Objective To learn and analyze adverse reactions of compound salvia drop pills in order to promote rational use. Methods ADR reports of Compound Salvia Drop Pills were retrieve and analyze through CNKI database from 1979 to 2013. Results Ten ADR reports were found. Adverse reactions of compound salvia drop pills were mainly gastrointestinal reaction, including cardiovascular, uropoiesis, nervous reactions. Conclusion More attention should pay to the patient who have taken compound salvia drop pills. Preventive measures should be prepared for possible adverse reactions. Suitable treatment should be carried out promptly against severe ADR.
