摘要
颗粒活性炭吸附有机废水中二异丙基苯等有机物后,采用Fenton试剂对活性炭进行氧化再生。研究H2O2与Fe2+的摩尔配比及投加量、pH、温度、再生时间等因素对活性炭再生效果的影响。实验结果表明,Fenton体系中Fe2+和H2O2的摩尔比为1∶20,H2O2投加量为120 mmol/L,pH为3,再生温度为25℃,再生时间为70 min时,为最佳再生条件,再生率可达85.6%,且6次连续再生的平均效率仍能达到84.9%。Fenton试剂再生活性炭的方法表现出较高的经济和环境效益。
The regeneration of granular activated carbon (GAC) which adsorbed diisopropyl benzene and other organic matters from organic wastewater using Fenton reagent was investigated at various H2O2 dosages, Fe2+/H2O2 (mole ratio) , pH, temperatures and regeneration times. The optimal operating conditions for the re- generation of GAC were 120 mmol/L H2O2, Fe2+/H2O2 of 1:20, pH of 3, temperature of 25℃ and regeneration time of 70 min. Under these conditions, the regeneration rate achieved its peak of 85.6% and average regenera- tion rate could still achieve 84.9% after six full cycles. Fenton reagent is an economic and environmental way for the regeneration of GAC.
