摘要
目的:了解少数民族大学生性态度、性知识、性行为现状,对比其与汉族大学生之间存在的差异,为少数民族大学生的性与生殖健康教育提供依据。方法:2012年9月20日在整群抽取的中央民族大学868名学生中进行自编问卷调查,内容涉及人口学特征、性知识、性态度、性行为四个方面。结果:①性态度:在民族、年级、性别、有无宗教信仰、专业性质以及生源地方面性态度得分都存在差异(P均<0.05)。②性知识:少数民族大学生的性与生殖健康知识得分低于汉族大学生(P<0.05),不同年级、宗教信仰、专业、户籍地大学生性知识得分差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。③性行为:大学生的性行为得分除了在有无宗教信仰和生源地方面无差异外,在民族、年级、性别以及专业性质上都存在显著差异(P均<0.05)。结论:不同专业和不同生源地的大学生在性态度、性知识和性行为上都存在差异;少数民族大学生的性态度、性知识和性行为之间呈显著的正相关关系。少数民族大学生性知识亟待普及和提高。
Objective: To provide some evidence of the status of the minority undergraduate student's sexual and reproductive health education by finding the difference in the sexual attitude, knowledge, behavior between Han and minority ethnic under- graduate students. Methods : On Sep. 20, 2012, 868 students from various specialties and grades in Minzu University of Chi- na were enrolled and fulfilled the self - edited questionnaire which included characteristic of demography, sexual knowledge, attitude and behavior in the investigation by group sample drawing. Results: There were significants difference in the sexual attitude among students with different nationalities, grades, genders, religious beliefs, specialties and areas coming from. The statistic difference also existed in the sexual and reproductive knowledge between Han and minority ethnic students. For the sexual behavior of minority ethnic students, there were statistic differences in the racial nationality, grade, gender, and spe- cialty except the religious belief and the area coming from. Conclusion: There are significant differences in sexual attitude, knowledge and behavior among the students from different areas and different specialties. The minority ethnic student's sexual attitude, knowledge and behavior are correlated positively. The sexual reproductive knowledge of minority ethnic students is needed to promote and popularize urgently.
