摘要
针对大型水轮机组运行时的振动对厂房结构安全性的影响问题,采用有限元分析软件建立了泵站厂房结构的有限元模型,对结构进行了共振校核,并采用谐响应分析法对泵站厂房在不同工况下的振动反应进行计算分析,获得了各工况下泵站厂房各部位各方向的振动反应情况。参照相关规范对结果进行分析,表明厂房结构在各工况下的振动响应基本满足正常使用要求,为泵站厂房的结构安全性和确保水泵机组的正常运行提供了依据。
Aiming at the impact of vibration on structural safety of powerhouse caused by the operation ot large water turbine, FEM software is used to establish the powerhouse structure model of pump station and carry out its resonance check. The harmonic response method is used to calculate vibration response of pump station powerhouse under different operating conditions. And then the vibration response of each component in each direction is obtained under different op- erating conditions. According to the related standard, the analysis results show that the vibration response of powerhouse under each operating conditions is basically satisfied with the normal operating requirements. So, it provides basis for en- suring normal operation of pump unit and structural safety of pump station powerhouse.
