Implement the Spirit of 18th National Congress of the CPC and Promote the Construction of Consultative Democracy

协商民主是中国具体国情的产物,是中国特色社会主义政治发展道路的组成部分。党的十八大关于加强社会主义协商民主的论述和部署,将把我国协商民主推向一个新的普遍发展的阶段。现阶段,应首先解决把政治协商纳入决策程序、搞好各种制度间的衔接与配套等问题。

As the result of Chinese specific national condition, consultative democracy is an important contributor to the development of socialist politics with Chinese Characteristics. The discussion and arrangement for strengthening so- cialist consultative democracy which were introduced in the 18th CPC National Congress will bring Chinag consultative democracy into a new stage of general development. At present, the first priority for us should be to incorporate the po- litical consultation into decision -making progress, improve the coherence between various systems, and properly ad- just the sector settings of the CPPCC.
