Mg对棕榈油加氢Cu-Ni二元催化剂活性的影响

摘要 用沉淀法制备了不同Mg含量的Cu-Ni-Mg三元催化剂,并采用BET、TPR、XRD对其进行了表征。考察了Mg的加入对棕榈油氢化用Cu-Ni二元催化剂的活性和寿命影响,结果表明:适量Mg的加入大大提高了催化剂的比表面积和孔容,促进了活性成分在载体表面的分散,从而提高了催化剂的活性和使用寿命。 The Cu-Ni catalysts containing Mg were prepared by precipitation-depos.;tion method and were characterized by N2 physics-sorption(BET) ,X-ray diffraction(XRD) and temperature programmed reduction(TPR). The influence of Mg addition on the activity and life of Cu-Ni binary catalyst for palm oil hydrogenation were investigated. The results showed that the proper incorpora- tion of Mg significantly increased the surface area and pore volume of the catalyst, and enhanced the activity and life span of the cat alyst.
