叙述与救赎:德里罗空间艺术的诗学功能

Narration and Redemption:DeLillo's Poetic Function in Art Space

本文通过分析家庭空间、社会空间、恐怖主义教义空间中的三重人性与空间关系结构来解读空间视阈下《坠落的人》主人公的人性问题。在《坠落的人》中,德里罗将"9·11"事件对人性的冲击与颠覆问题置于时空意义的视角下进行考察,"空间"作为叙述及手段,具有鲜明的诗学功能。"空间"成为文本对人性状态的隐喻:对既有物质空间破碎的灰色沮丧描述与遁逃,隐喻着精神及人性的沉沦与破败;对社会物质空间的求索象征着主人公对人性与精神均衡和谐之境的探索与救赎。人性与生存价值的焦虑与探索是其空间诗学功能的最终所指。

This paper interprets the humanity of the hero and heroine in Falling Man in spatial perspective through the three relationships among family space, social space andterrorism＇s doctrinal space. In Falling Man, DeLillo investigates the shock and subversion which 9/11 Attack brought to the humanity in spatial perspective. Being narration and medium,＂ space＂ possesses ob- vious poetic function. ＂Space＂ becomes the metaphor of the version to the condition of humanity：the blue description and fleeing to the existing broken material space implies degradation and ruin of the spirit and humanity ; the search for the social ma- terial space symbolizes the hero or heroine＇s exploration andredemption for the harmonious balance of humanity and spirit. Anxiety and exploration of humanity and survival value are the final designation of the spatial poetic function .
