Better Play the Role of Market Economy with Chinese Characteristics

党的十八大报告明确提出,要更大程度更广范围发挥市场在资源配置中的基础性作用。市场机制对资源进行合理配置,是市场经济规律综合作用的结果。要深刻认识中国特色市场经济发展的特点和规律,不断提高驾驭市场经济的能力,切实增强宏观调控的预见性和科学性。同时,更要注重用制度的方式来巩固中国特色市场经济探索的成果,从制度上更好地发挥市场在资源配置中的基础性作用,推动经济社会科学发展。

In the report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it is put forward that we should give full play to the fundamental role of market in resources distribution in a broadly field. Market mechanism can rationally distribute resources： and it is the result of market economic rules. We should fully understand the characteristics and rules of the development market economy with Chinese characteristics, continuously improve our capability for managing market economy, and increase the foreseeability and scientificity of macro control. At the same time, we should consolidate achievements we made in exploring market economy with Chinese characteristics with the help of system, give full play to the fundamental role of market in resources distribution and promote the development of economy, society and science.
