摘要
采用微波辅助提取技术,研究了荷叶中生物活性成分生物碱的提取工艺。选取固液比、微波温度、提取时间、提取液浓度作为提取因素,在单因素实验基础上,通过正交试验优化了提取工艺,得出最优提取条件为:固液比1:25g/mL、微波温度60℃、提取时间5min、提取液浓度70%时,提取率达9.14%。
The technology for the microwave-assisted extraction of alkaloids from lotus leaf was studied. With solid-liquid ratio, microwave temperature, extraction time and extract concentration as the extraction factors, single-factor experi- ments and an orthogonal experiment L9 (4-4) were conducted to determine the optimized extraction conditions as: solid-liq- uid ratio 1:25g/mL, microwave temperature 60℃, extraction time 5min and extract concentration 70%. The extraction rate reached up to 9.14.%.under the conditions.
