应用电离室和MapCheck验证后装机中断后自动生成文件的准确性

摘要 目的验证后装机中断后自动生成后续治疗文件的准确性。方法后装机中断执行会自动生成一个后续治疗步进源控制文件(PLN文件),我们还应用固体水建立了一个测量模型来验证生成后续治疗文件的正确性。结果对于测量模型中定义的A、B点剂量,Dose A4与Dose A1相差6.12%,Dose B4与Dose B1相差2.1%;MapCheck平面剂量Plane Dose 4与Plane Dose 1都呈现正梨形剂量分布,百分剂量差异4%以内的达到了93.8%,满足临床剂量要求。结论自动生成的后续治疗文件可以准确完成患者后装计划中未完成的部分,达到剂量分布要求。 Objective To verify the automated follow-up treatment file after interruption of brachytherapy machine. Methods The brachytherapy machine created a follow-up treatment file (PLN file) automatically when the brachytherapy plan interrupted. We created a measuring model by solid water, in order to test validity of the follow-up treatment file. Results For the point A, point B defined in the measure model, Dose A4 differed with Dose A1 6.12%, and Dose B4 differed with Dose B1 2.1%; for the plane dose measure in the MapCheck, Plane Dose 4 and Plane Dose 1 rendered as pear-shaped dose distribution, the dose difference within 4% reached 93.8%, which met requirements of clinical dose. Conclusions The follow-up treatment file can accurately complete the part of the brachytherapy plan unfinished, the dose distribution meet the requirements of clinical dose.
