超声弹性成像在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用价值探讨 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨超声弹性成像在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2011年至2012年间我院治疗乳腺肿块的患者47例为研究对象。所有研究对象均行超声弹性成像检查,并将超声结果与手术病理结果相比较,从检查的敏感性、特异性以及准确率方面,评价超声弹性成像在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用价值。结果超声弹性成像对恶性病变的感性为80.00%,特异性为91.89%,准确率为89.36%。结论超声弹性成像用于乳腺肿块的诊断,可以清晰地描述肿块的大小、形态、数目以及边缘等,并对肿块的良恶性进行判断。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound elasticity imaging in the diagnosis of breast mass. Methods 47 patients with breast mass in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 were selected as the research objects. All cases received the ultrasound elasticity imaging, and the examination results were compared with the operative and pathological findings to evaluate the value of ultrasound elasticity imaging in the diagnosis of breast mass from the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy. Results The ultrasound elasticity imaging had sensitivity of 80.00%, specificity of 91.89% and the accuracy of 89.36%. Conclusions Ultrasound elasticity imaging in the diagnosis of breast mass can clearly describe the tumor size, shape, and number of edges, and judge the benign and malignant of mass.
