摘要
目的探讨牙科氧化锆陶瓷粘接材料的强度。方法将氧化锆陶瓷样本分为3组,每组20片,采用PanaviaTMF树脂粘接剂,RelyXTMARC树脂粘接剂,Multilink Sprint树脂粘接剂分别与氧化锆陶瓷样本粘接,通过水浴24 h和水浴30 d的方法,测试其粘接剪切强度。结果 PanaviaTMF树脂粘接材料粘接强度最好,分别为(33.36±3.69)MPa(水浴24 h)、(32.52±3.24)MPa(水浴30 d)。Multilink Sprint树脂粘接材料粘接强度为(26.65±2.51)MPa(水浴24 h),水浴30 d后明显变化为(18.42±2.28)MPa,P<0.05。RelyXTMARC的粘接强度为(16.39±1.85)MPa(水浴24 h),水浴30 d后粘接强度为(12.06±1.58)MPa,P<0.05。结论试验表明含有磷酸酯单体的树脂粘接材料可加强氧化锆陶瓷冠的粘接效果。
Objective To study the shear bond strength of dental zirconia ceramics. Methods Zirconia ceramics were randomly divided into 3 groups with 20 slices in each group. They were bonded with 3 kinds of luting cements respectively. After preservation in 37 distilled-water for 24 hours and 30 days, the shear bonding strength of these specimens was tested and bond section were observed by scanning electron microscope. Results The shear bonding strength in the group of Panavia ^TM was (33.36 ± 3.69) MPa after 24 hours, (32.52 ± 3.24) MPa after 30 days, significantly different from that in group of RelyX^TMARC and group of Multilink Sprint (P 〈0.05). The shear bonding strength in other groups of RelyX MARC and Multilink Sprint was (16.39 ± 1.85) MPa and (26.65 ± 2.51) MPa (after 24 hours), (12.06 ± 1.58) MPa and (18.42 ± 2.28) MPa after 30 days respectively (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Resin luting cement containing phosphate monomer (MDP) can provide zirconia ceramics a strong and long-lasting bonding.
