欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血48例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Hemabate in the Treatment of 48 cases of Postpartum Hemorrhage Caused by Uterine Inertia

目的探讨欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力所致产后出血的临床疗效。方法对本院2010年01月至2012年12月48例因为子宫收缩乏力引起的产后出血患者,在注射催产素、按摩子宫、舌下含服米索前列醇、肛塞卡孕栓等常规治疗方法无明显效果的情况下,使用欣母沛,观察患者的子宫收缩和阴道流血量的情况。结果 48例患者中42例疗效显著,显效率87.50%,5例有效,总有效率97.91%,1例无效,行次全子宫切除术。结论欣母沛对由于子宫收缩乏力致产后出血有理想的疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hemabate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia. Methods 48 patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were treated with hemabate, and the uterine contractions and vaginal bleeding situations were observed. Results Among 48 patients, the curative effect was significant in 42 cases （87.50%）, effective in 5 cases, with the total effective rate of 97.91%. One case of invalid received the subtotal hysterectomy. Conclusions Hemabate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia has ideal effect.
